Mira works as a Guest Service Agent at the Fairmont Empress, bringing three years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has a passion for traveling, writing, and photography. When she is not working or studying, she is either exploring what the city of Victoria has to offer or is busy writing and improving her photography skills. Currently pursuing her degree in English Literature and Journalism from the University of Victoria. Mira aims to give back to the community of Victoria that became her home away from home.

Corey has been a member of VGSN since 2016. She works at the Delta Ocean Pointe as a Guest Experience Expert and has worked in the Hospitality industry since 2012. She is looking forward to giving back to the VGSN by taking on the role of Secretary. Corey is passionate about travel and history who loves to visit museums and historic sites wherever she visits. She has a Degree in Hospitality Management, a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management as well as a Certificate in Events Management and is happy to continue to grow her career in Victoria while sharing all her favourite city has to offer with visitors.

Mario works in Guest Services at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort. He has worked in hotels since 2005, striving to create memorable experiences for his guests. From Food & Beverage to Guest Services and Operations, he’s always been passionate about sharing his beautiful city and province with tourists and locals alike. Mario is excited to give back to the organization and to help grow the tourism community and support local businesses. He loves to travel, try interesting food and wine, read a good novel and spend time with his family.

Kathleen is currently an Account Manager, Member Services at Destination Greater Victoria, where she focuses on fostering partnerships with local attractions, accommodations, and experiences. She has a diverse hospitality and tourism background; from working locally in restaurants to internationally as a travel concierge and guide. No matter the destination, she has always been passionate about hospitality and making every visitor experience memorable. Kathleen is looking forward to growing the VGSN network. Outside of tourism, you can find her hiking, playing soccer, or enjoying a new meal in a local restaurant.

Leo works as the Guest Services Manager at Inn at Laurel Point, bringing over 15 years of experience as an operations hotel manager in the North American hospitality industry. Recognized as a disruptive, creative, and innovative leader, Leo prioritizes team success. He is passionate about delivering exceptional services and creating memorable experiences for guests. Leo's love for travel and exploration goes beyond discovering new local restaurants and attractions. Committed to the beauty of Victoria city, he is dedicated to sharing its allure with both guests and new members, actively contributing to the growth of the tourism network.
