Deborah Sleno - Director

Deborah is a Concierge at the Fairmont Empress and was a founding member of the Victoria Guest Service Network. Since 2015 she has have been a member of Les Clefs d'Or, the International Association of Concierge which is a worldwide association with over 3800 members.

From 2002 - 2004 she was Director of the Victoria Guest Network and is now looking forward to returning to this role. In addition to her associations, she has volunteered for United Way, BC Cancer Society, and the Mustard Seed. Deborah has been a VGSN member since 1996.
